Event Description:
The Fifth Annual NOLA Bluedoo is a festival-like celebration of prostate cancer survivorship - offering New Orleans-style food, drink, music, costuming, and a competitive two-mile walk/run, held in conjunction with the New Orleans Track Club. It's also a fundraiser - the ONLY prostate cancer event of its kind in our area. Funds raised via sponsorships, party passes and a silent auction benefit Tulane Cancer Center's Prostate Cancer Research Program. The two-mile walk/run takes participants on a tour across Tulane's Uptown campus. Guests will also enjoy a Survivor's Tent, a Kids' Tent, awards, and MORE!
