Evan M. Alvarez is a Principal at Frontline Strategies and Government Relations Consultant to the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce. A Millsaps College graduate, Evan began his career in former Governor John Bel Edwards’ administration, supporting outreach to chambers of commerce, economic development organizations and policy partners across Louisiana. He also advised senior officials on legislative strategy. Evan later served as the American Heart Association’s Government Relations Director for Louisiana, partnering with the NFL and New Orleans Saints to advance student-athlete safety policies. Today, he helps clients navigate legislative and regulatory issues through strategic, results-driven advocacy. He is also a proud member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians.
