Ken Ducote became Executive Director of GNOCCS after 34 years with the N.O. Public Schools. He also worked as an independent planning and management consultant and is an Adjunct Professor of Executive Leadership at the University of Holy Cross. He has 47 years of professional experience in school management, strategic planning, public and non-profit management, urban planning, facility planning, capital budgeting, project implementation, and intergovernmental relations. A native New Orleanian, Ken earned his B.S. cum laude in mathematics from Tulane and M.S. in urban studies and planning and Ph.D. in educational administration from UNO. .
