Steven has been part of Northwestern Mutual for more than 30 years, beginning as a financial representative in 1989. He became a managing director in 2001, leading him to his appointment as managing partner in 2007. Always leading with his heart and putting people first, Steven deftly guided his firm through challenges like the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, 18 other hurricanes and tropical storms, targeting from competitors and a network office merger.
