Kerry Walsh Stockwell is Tulane University’s Vice President of Government and Community Relations, bringing more than two decades of experience in government relations, public affairs, and higher education. She leads efforts to build partnerships with local, state, and national stakeholders and advance priorities that strengthen Tulane’s role in regional economic and community progress. A graduate of Tulane University’s Newcomb College, her career includes roles supporting legislative, policy, and diplomatic initiatives and advising senior leaders on strategic engagement. Since returning to Tulane in 2016, she has helped develop initiatives that advance education and research, including the Tulane Future of Energy Forum. She is committed to cross-sector collaboration, expanding educational opportunity, retaining talent in Louisiana, and helping grow New Orleans as a hub for innovation and opportunity.
