About Us

Digital Innovation Media Group is a marketing agency serving the greater New Orleans area. Founded in 2016 by Charique L. Richardson, MBA, the agency provides custom web design, branding, and marketing strategy for professional service businesses, with a focus on small to mid-sized law firms.

Charique brings 25 years of academic and professional marketing experience to her role as founder and Principal Consultant. Her clients credit the agency with helping them land media interviews, build visibility online, and turn more prospects into paying clients. Each engagement begins with a close study of the client's goals, followed by a strategy built around their practice, their market, and their voice.

The agency's approach favors clear, human writing over corporate language. Websites, email campaigns, and social media content are crafted to earn trust and produce measurable results.
