Finding and keeping good employees requires thinking beyond the standard pay grade and benefits. Many factors are beyond our control but here's your opportunity to learn how these 3 HR professionals are able to retain employees. All 3 speakers represent winners of CityBusiness' 2017 Top Employers.

Tom Daly, Benefit Administration Group
Tom created Benefit Administration Group in 2001 in response to the complexities of the ever-changing benefits and human resources landscape. With over 23 years of experience in the field, Tom eats, sleeps and breathes employee benefits and never stops seeking innovative solutions and opportunities for progress.

Maggie Matlak, Harrah's New Orleans & Caesars Entertainment
Maggie started her career in the non-profit world through AmeriCorps to leverage her passion for people and community. Maggie has worn many hats at Harrah's - including engagement, training, employee and labor relations, culture, recruiting and retention. Currently, she works as an Assistant Manager of Performance, Culture and Engagement and is pursuing her Masters in Human Resources from Louisiana State University.
