About Karyi Kitchens
“Karyi” is Bajju word for “home”. Thus, home kitchens refers to the many village kitchens spread across the rich cultures, tribes of the peoples of Nigeria.
Our goal is to bring that authentic Nigerian village cuisine experience to the world starting with the Americas.
We will do this by featuring in our menu, special dishes, from different village-kitchens across tribes and regions in Nigeria.
Karyi Chicken Wings and Drumsticks
Our signature chicken items are marinated in 8 different herbs and ingredients overnight, slow cooked and then fried to lock in the goodness.

Many folks speak about wanting to visit the Motherland (Africa) and for many reasons, are unable to do so.
One of our goals is to bring that authentic Nigerian cuisine experience right to your doorsteps, starting in New Orleans.
