Training is an ongoing journey for pets and their parents. With the different levels and types of classes offered, there is sure to be a class that’s the perfect fit for you and your dog! Whether it’s learning how to properly walk on a leash, learning skills to cohabitate in daily life, or just a fun activity to bond with your pet, Central Bark New Orleans and SPCR are sure to have something just for you!
Sarah's Pet Care Revolution is excited to partner with Central Bark New Orleans to offer you a reward-based pawlosophy that focuses on fun and positive reinforcement. Classes encourage stronger relationships and build a foundation for good canine citizenship to develop happy, social and well-rounded dogs. You are really gonna love it!
Most of our classes are conducted in small group settings with only 5-6 people and their dogs. Each 5-6 week session includes an extensive group training e-workbook for you to follow and use in the future, weekly personalized check-ins from your trainer and a fun graduation at the end of the course. Each class is 1 hour in duration and is held one day per week for 5 or 6 consecutive weeks (depending on the course) at Central Bark New Orleans. All dogs must be current on DHPP, Rabies** and Bordatella vaccinations.
Basic Obedience – 5 week course | $159.00
Basic obedience includes skills such as sit, stay, focus, down, leave it, stand-up (great for vet visits & grooming), come when called and the lifesaving command…emergency STOP! In this course, your dog will learn these basic skills and more importantly, be able to perform them consistently and with distractions. With a focus to apply their skills to real-life situations, your pooch will become a polite housemate and canine companion.Class starts Monday, January 11th and is held weekly 6:30-7:30 pm for 5 weeks (skipping Lundi Gras).
