Fall Into Wellness Heath Fair

Magnolia Physical Therapy is hosting a Health Fair on Saturday, September 15th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. This event will be held at our Elmwood clinic located at 5606 Jefferson Hwy. The event will be free and open to the community.

-FREE health screens: pain consultations, blood pressure, grip tests, hearing and speech, and balance assessments.
- FREE chair massage.
-Refreshments.
-Educational presentations.
-Flu shots offered (free with insurance, discounted out of pocket).

We will also have a parade of prizes for those who donate a canned food item to Second Harvest Food Bank. Fun for the whole family!
