You'll get hands-on experience with techniques for a a few of a wide variety of dishes, just like you would for your next potluck. Some attendees will be perfecting a succulent roast, mastering impressive side dishes, or crafting a showstopping dessert - all with expert instruction from a professional chef. The class will show you how to elevate the dishes you bring to your next event and leave you with a recipe book set to impress. At the end of the class, the entire group will come together and try all the amazing dishes you've created. This is a great event to bring your friends and find some new ones! Menu Items: Roasted Heritage Turkey Breast: Learn how to achieve perfectly juicy and flavorful meat with crispy skin. Sweet Potato Gratin with Sage and Prosciutto: A savory and decadent twist on a classic. Harvest Salad with Roasted Pears and Maple-Balsamic Vinaigrette: A refreshing, seasonal salad to balance the richness of the meal. Cornbread and Sausage Stuffing: Discover how to make a moist and savory stuffing that’s packed with flavor. Pumpkin Spice Crème Brûlée: A creamy, spiced dessert with that satisfying crackle. About the Instructor Born in Virginia, Chef Blair Tiller spent her summers growing up in Louisiana learning how to cook from both of her grandmothers. After high school, Blair moved to New York City, where she went to culinary school at Star Career Academy, earning a certification in Culinary Arts. Blair spent the next 5 years working in renowned, as well as Michelin Star awarded, restaurants throughout the city, honing both savory and pastry skills. In 2014, Blair and her husband Ryan moved to Louisiana to get back to her roots, working with top New Orleans Chefs. She joined the NOCHI family in 2023. Blair resides with her husband and daughter in the New Orleans area.
