The Center for Mind-Body Medicine is hosting a series of webinars. Our first in the series will be held on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026 from 6:00-7:30pm ET led by our founder James S. Gordon, MD, on the topic: "How to Regulate Your Emotions When Everything Feels Dysregulated: Learn Practical Evidence-Based Mind-Body Skills."
