About Us

Happy Raptor is New Orleans' newest distillery, specializing in premium infused rums inspired by our culture, our community, and the things that bring us joy. Every bottle of 504Rum is handcrafted on-site from 100% Louisiana molasses and never back-sweetened. Our tasting room features four signature products, including 504Silver (a hearty white rum), 504Gold (rum infused on American oak), 504Hibiscus (rum infused with hibiscus petals, real lime, and spices), and 504 Bananas Foster (rum infused with real bananas, vanilla, and spices). All 504Rum products are gluten free. We never add syrupy sweet flavor or artificial ingredients to any of our rums.
