NEW ORLEANS — The Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services and Strategy (OHSS) Director Nathaniel Fields today provided updates on OHSS’ weeklong efforts to close one of the city’s largest homeless encampments on Tchoupitoulas Street under the Pontchartrain Expressway.
